If you don't have dental insurance, Purple Plum offers an in-house membership plan that delivers the same care without the deductibles, annual maximums, and paperwork that come with traditional insurance. Members start with a one-time activation fee of 3% of the annual plan cost and the first month's payment.

Adult Healthy Cleaning
$65 per month or $720 Annually
- Two professional cleanings per year
- Two routine oral exams & necessary X-rays
- One full mouth wellness digital scan
- 15% savings on additional treatments
Note: A 3% activation fee will be applied to all plans.
Periodontal I
$85/month or $960 Annually
- Three periodontal visits per year
- Two full periodontal exam per year
- One emergency exam, one set of X-rays
- One full mouth wellness digital scan
- 15% savings on additional treatments
- (cosmetic services excluded)

$95/month or $1080 Annually
- Four periodontal visits per year
- Two full periodontal exam per year
- One emergency exam, one set of X-rays
