Education & Training
Dr. Majd completed a comprehensive six-year dental program at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2005. After graduation, he spent two years in private practice before continuing his education through a Post-Doctoral Endodontic Program at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran.
In 2010, he completed the program and earned a Certificate in Endodontics as well as a Master’s degree in Neurophysiology. This advanced training established the foundation for his continued focus on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions involving the dental pulp and root canal system.
In 2014, Dr. Majd relocated to the United States and enrolled in the International Dentists Program at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC. He graduated in 2016 with his second Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Professional Experience
Following his endodontic training in Iran, Dr. Majd worked in clinical endodontic practice while also serving as an assistant professor in the Endodontic Department at Qazvin University of Medical Sciences, where he taught endodontics.
His academic and clinical work has included participation in numerous endodontic research projects. His research interests and contributions resulted in twelve scientific publications in the field of endodontics.
After completing his U.S. dental education, Dr. Majd continued developing his clinical experience with a focus on root canal care and procedures designed to preserve natural teeth. He now limits his practice to root canal treatment.
